OvrC Monitoring
With OvrC monitoring, we remotely review your system’s health and status. OvrC lets us monitor and troubleshoot connected devices remotely, allowing us to deliver world-class support.
Service Call Hours
You receive a set number of yearly on-site service call hours. We service installed and monitored systems. Please note we also service newly installed equipment for one year, regardless of whether you’re a service plan member.
On-Site Support
Service plans include a discounted hourly rate for any services we perform after you’ve used all your yearly service call hours.
Firmware Updates
We include system firmware updates for connected network system devices, control system/smart home system devices, surveillance system devices and AV equipment.
